Payment Methods

Pre-payment is required before items are shipped.  Shipping is extra and is the responsibility of the buyer. International customers, consult sales on total shipping costs if sending a pre-payment check. U.S. Money orders; bank, certified or personal checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

(Money orders and personal checks must be in U.S. funds and drawn on U.S. bank.)
Be sure to make all checks or money orders payable to Aristo Lighting Technologies Inc.
*When orders are paid for using personal checks, shipments can be held up to ten (10) days,
regardless of when they cleared.

Connecticut Residents must pay Connecticut State Sales tax of 6.0%
California Residents must pay California State Sales tax of 6.5%
 

Shipping:

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders will be sent FedEX unless otherwise specified. International shipping is available for most countries, all shipping costs and any applicable import duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy/Warranty:

Each Aristo product is made per request and is considered a special order.
Electronics are warranted for 1 year, Lamps are considered a consumable and it is the responsibility of the consumer to check that lamp is working upon receipt. Any damaged or incorrect selection that has been received -Aristo must be notified within ten (10) working days of shipment. Fax us at 203-575-3456 the purchase order number, sales order number, returnee's name, address, phone number and description of problem within ten (10) working days of shipment to obtain information or a Return Authorization Number (RMA). All recourse is at our discretion.

Any unauthorized returns will be charged a $75.00 handling fee per item.

Repairs:

Returns for repair require an Return Authorization number (RMA). Please fax information on your Aristo product to fax number 203-575-3456 with returnee's name, address, phone number and  description of problem.

Minimum diagnostic charge is $75.00 per item plus the cost of material,
labor and shipping.

Pricing:

Over the years we've strived hard not to increase the price of our product, but Price increases will be going into effect as of January 1, 2008. All Prices are subject to change, so please refer back to the website for the most current prices.

Privacy:

We will not provide your e-mail or postal address to any marketing companies or any other kind of company, period.
